Our Digging Schedule: We usually start digging April 1st give or take a week depending on the weather. Our nursery in not the same as others, therefore we cannot be compared to their digging schedules. We have raised beds which freeze solid in the winter, especially when we have little snow. We prefer lots of snow to insulate! We have large fibrous root systems so we will not dig until they will come out intact. The end result is worth the wait! We appreciate your patience!
